AboutClinic review policy for patients is a transparent tool for users to share their feedback on how an appointment with a healthcare service provider went. It helps other patients make better decisions. It also helps the doctors/clinics how their service worked for the users.
We, at Aboutclinic.com pledge to publish meaningful, genuine, original and reviews that can be useful to others. Reviews must not be malicious, offensive and deliberately harmful. Towards this end, we work diligently to weed out all false reviews through verification, moderation and series of checks.
A Verified Review:
Verification involves confirmation by the author, either by phone or by email. When we have confirmed the e mail id or phone number (or both), we call back the number and ask for confirmation. An e mail id is also sent which has to be clicked on for confirmation.
- False reviews are not entertained.
- Multiple reviews from same IP address will not be considered while calculating overall clinic scores.
Moderation and WHY?
Our moderators may email or phone the reviewer back for a clarification for a review against known clinic staff and a known clinic IP address. The review must meet our above stated review guidelines.
- Aboutclinic.com believes that medical procedures vary from person to person. Patients are expected to focus on their personal experiences, good or bad and share the same by posting videos, photos and other records which authenticate and work towards a larger good.
- It may take upto 10 days for our team to check and moderate a review. When published, the author is informed.
If a patient has a serious complaint about the standard of medical care, the fastest and relevant way is approaching the appropriate medical authority. Malicious and defamatory reviews will not be published under the defamation laws.
